- Shipping & Delivery:
We have FedEx/DHL taking care of our International logistics with default shipping mode being C&F (Cost & Freight).
1) We usually Process and Dispatch orders within 5-7 working days from the date of payment receipt. In case of stock short fall or fresh order processing dispatch may take little more than the usual time frame.
2) Std. Packing, well packed in Aluminum Bottle (for 25ml - 5kg), HDPE / G.I Drum (for 5Kg - 180 Kg), use of bottles depends upon its availability.3) Though the buyer is fully responsible for clearing his shipment from the destination Custom / Legal Authorities, still FedEx/DHL (Our International logistic provider) assists the buyer in delivering the shipment at his door steps ( at the given shipping address by the buyer) by fulfilling the required formalities at the destination customs on behalf of the buyer. In case there is any specific requirement by the destination custom / Legal Authority side, which is to be fulfilled by the buyer, then FedEx/DHL will get in touch with the buyer for the want of the same and the buyer is supposed to provide his full cooperation in the given situation.
In any case, if the required formalities are not fulfilled by the buyer and the destination custom / Legal Authority rejects the entry of the shipment, which results the shipment return back to origin (to Exporter), then in this case ALL the charges for shipment return up till exporter's place will be in the buyer's / consignee’s account.

- Returns & Replacements:
- Samples are available for testing our products before buying them in actual/Bigger qty. Since the products are meant for Health & Hygiene purpose, so to maintain our quality standard high, we do not accept retun or replacement also refunds.
- Though very very rare, still we listens to our valuable clients for any of their concerns if any and resolve it to the best of our ability.
